At Little Curly Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used haircare products.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The incorrect item was received
  • The item is defective

Return Request Period

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Reason for return

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Little Curly Co.
